The Basset Rescue Network of Great Britain is a non-profit organisation. We receive no government funding and rely entirely on donations. We are all experienced Basset hound owners who volunteer our time, experience and our homes to Basset Hounds.
Without donations, we will be unable to continue rescuing and rehoming Basset hounds in need.
All the hounds we rescue are placed in our network of foster homes. We at BRNGB are passionate that the best place for a rescue hound is a loving home environment. We do not put our rescue hounds into kennels. We rely on funding to help our network of volunteers pay for transport costs.
Whilst there, we need to be able to vaccinate, neuter, feed and nurture them, and get veterinary attention when required.
We endeavour to make the transition to a new home as gentle as possible, and will look after the hounds in our own homes until we feel they are ready to go to their new family. Once settled, the new owner can feel secure in the knowledge that we will carry on supporting them for as long as they need us.
Your donation, no matter how small or large, will go directly to the dogs in our care, and the dogs yet to be rescued.
